What our customers had to say about their experience with Sit Means Sit.

We brought our dog Brandy in for the 3-week training program because she was very anxious and had a major issue with barking. We were hoping to see significant progress, and we were so happy with the results.
Kate did an amazing job working with Brandy and helping her through the training process. We also want to recognize Mary, she was so great with Brandy and did an excellent job explaining the training methods and techniques to us in a way that was easy to understand and follow.
When we needed some additional guidance toward the end, Phil (the owner) and Mary went above and beyond by coming to our house and spending 90 minutes working with Brandy and helping us get across the finish line.
We’re incredibly grateful to Phil, Mary, and Kate for all of their hard work, dedication, and care. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for dog training and support for their pet.

Sit means sit is a very wonderful and hardworking training facility. My dog Daisy absolutely loved going here and she absolutely has learned so much. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to go to training.

We’ve had a great experience with Sit Means Sit NH and are already seeing a huge difference with Juno! Bri and Amelia have been wonderful—not only working with Juno, but also teaching us how to properly use and incorporate e-collar training into our daily lives. Their guidance has made the process easy to understand and feel confident with.
We’re really happy with Juno’s progress so far and look forward to continuing to take advantage of the support and training opportunities available through the program. Highly recommend!

I took my 5 year old dog there to learn to behave better on walks and not to be reactivative to other dogs. I can tell you the training works! He is so well behaved on walks. We passed a dog this morning about 5 feet away who was growling and Hunter didn’t react at all. Thankyou Sit Means Sit, walks are no longer stressful.

Bringing poncho in as a 3 year old rescue we felt we needed to add some structure, we came to sit means sit and we’re amazed with Mary and Amelia’s ability to train our boy and also teach us how to do our homework with him! Our Frenchie fam definitely appreciates it immensely!!!

Sit means sit gave my dog and I the tools we needed to begin to fix some behavioral issues. Our consultation with Phil completely changed my mind about “board and train” situations, which I’ve been opposed to in the past. I realized my dog needed positive situations with other people, in other settings, and around other dogs. The things that really sold me were:
- The 1 hour private training sessions following the day of training. This helped me learn the things that I was doing to inhibit my dogs training. I got to ask questions about how to implement things and get the trainer’s opinion throughout the session.
- The lifetime support. If I feel like my dog is regressing or things are ineffective I can return for help.
I loved the trainer we worked with, Caitlyn. She called us each week to check in and was very open to questions. I also love the opportunities they ah w for additional classes and the free monthly group which I’m hoping will keep me motivated to continue the training.

I was amazed at how this training worked. I signed up, they went over the process and I was very skeptical. But, if the owner learns how to use the training that their dog was trained in and consistently uses it, it works like a charm. Thank you, it was a great experience. Our trainer Sophie was so professional, easy to work with, caring and followed up with me to make sure I was doing my training as well.

Phil has such a calming voice for the dogs. He is patient, compassionate and truly helped us identify areas where our dog needed help. I would highly recommend Phil and Sit Means Sit for any puppy or dog that needs help with different behaviors! Had such a positive experience!
